Our filtration technology is utilized in a variety of operations, including but not limited to:

Syngas
(Gasification and Pyrolysis)

  • Filtration of the solid waste from gasification and pyrolysis processes for IGCC (Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle) gasification of coal and petroleum coke. We also design and manufacture filtration equipment for processes such as PFBC (Pressurized Fluidized Bed Combustion), biomass and pelletized MSW (Municipal Solid Waste)

FCC Slurry Oil &
FCC Flue Gas

  • Catalyst fines removal from CLO, a technology approved and recommended by world class process licensors.
  • Catalyst fines removal from regenerator flue gas , including gas filtration at high temperature downstream the Third Stage Separator and at low temperature downstream the waste heat boiler.

Gas Treating
Solvents

  • Removal of impurities and traces of oil from sour gas streams. Gas treating plants (GTU’s) plants utilize our advanced filtration technology to ensure the purity and quality of the treated gas.   • Removal of contaminants and impurities from production and processing of polymers, which include a wide range of materials used in various applications, from plastics to synthetic rubbers.
